Construction:
The outside main
body of the bag is comprised of UV resistant 600 denier polyester with
interwoven PVC laminate fabric that will not fade, is totally waterproof and
easy to clean.
Polyester has proven to be more UV resistant and fade resistant
than nylon. Polyester has PVC laminated into the cloth unlike coated nylons
which have polyurethane coatings that peel off during use and washing.
Two
ergonomically placed reinforced tubing handles on the sides make for easy one
person transport. Wraparound heavy duty double metal zipper pulls allow for
full access to the main compartment. Strategically located 1 1/2” webbing
facilitates consistent pull from all areas of the bag. The inside liner is
made of 400 denier rip-stop nylon to protect the cabinet and rear panel connectors and controls.
Protection:
For added protection
and padding we use a poly-weave 400 micron U.V. stabilized bubble material
dual-extruded onto a tear resistant woven polyethylene sheet. This combination
of materials forms a strong and durable product that maintains its composure
for easy loading of speaker. This additional barrier acts as an agent against
weather and everyday use.
